We have got our first Objective Stylist! First out is actually someone from the family, my cousin. If you live in Sweden or followed the Paralympics closely this Summer you might know who she is. Let me introduce her:
Anna-Carin is a great personality and has had an inspiring career. After being diagnosed with MS (Multipel Sclerosis) at the age of 30 she had to re-think her life. From having had a pretty normal life working at the Antiquities Auction House she had to step down in working hours and activities, as the disease, which effects the central nerve system, took a lot of energy and also eventually the strength in her legs. A couple of years after the first signs she had to start using a wheelchair.
But this hasn't stopped Anna-Carin! With her remarkable positive spirit she embarked on a fantastic journey in the world of table tennis, a sport which she took up again after having played as a child. And in September 2012 after many hours of hard, focused work she reached one of her well deserved goals. A Gold medal in the London Paralympics! You can also read more about Anna-Carin and her inspiring life on her own blog. Link here: Anna-Carin
Anna-Carin volunteered to take part in our Objective Styling project because she says she loves fashion and being a godmother of 5 children she is always on the hunt for presents for them and loves to style her little ones. We love her selection of clothes and have displayed them on a board below.
Thank you so much Anna-Carin for participating with useful ideas and making such a lovely selection of clothes from our shop!
